Age Policy

Guests must be 19 years or older to check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 11:00 AM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

ID Requirements

Both partners in a couple must present a valid original photo ID at the time of check-in.

Accepted ID Proofs:

• Passport
• Aadhaar Card
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID

Note: Only original documents will be accepted.

Local & Outstation Guests

Couples are welcome regardless of whether they are from the local area (local ID) or from outside the area (outstation ID).

Right of Admission

The hotel reserves the right of admission and may deny check-in at its discretion without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A full refund will be provided only if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the selected check-in time.
• If the booking is made within 24 hours of check-in, a refund will be provided only if the cancellation is done within 15 minutes of booking.
• No refund will be provided in case of a no-show.
• No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled midway during the stay.
