Booking & Reservation

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Short-stay bookings are calculated strictly as per booked hours.

Room Occupancy

  • Number of guests per room must not exceed the limit specified at booking.
  • Unregistered visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm booking.
  • All applicable taxes are charged as per government norms.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies vary based on booking type and duration. Guests are requested to confirm the cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
  • Illegal activities, loud music, or nuisance are strictly prohibited.

Hotel Facilities

  • Amenities such as Wi-Fi, parking, and power backup are subject to availability.
  • The hotel is not responsible for service interruptions beyond its control.

Liability

Shiv Sai Residency Lodging & Boarding shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal belongings of guests during their stay.
